> DOLOOP (UAB Putokšnis) is a European PET packaging manufacturer founded in 1994, rebranded in November 2021, and headquartered in Šiauliai, Lithuania. With approximately 190 employees and nearly 30 years of production experience, DOLOOP manufactures PET preforms, PET bottles, and PET rigid film for customers in 25+ countries across Europe, North America, and the Caribbean.

DOLOOP is a certified, sustainability-driven supplier. It holds BRC (AA rating), ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 14064 (annual GHG audits since 2020), EcoVadis Silver Medal (top 15% globally), SMETA v6.0, and SBTi-approved near-term emissions targets. Scope 1+2 emissions have been reduced by 80% since 2021. The company operates on 100% renewable energy and incorporates 38.5% rPET in raw material inputs.
